Three-courses of hearty winter menu at 10 Miles Club will be made with seasonal ingredients collected within ten miles of Stoke Newington, Hackney.
The supper club’s aim is to create delicious food with full traceability and a low carbon footprint. They are now bringing their supper club to your dining table, with dine-at-home kits available for collection.
November 2020 dine-at-home supper club will serve up a three course meal and a cocktail. The food has been designed to make it simple for you to serve at home, with only a few elements that will need gentle reheating. Accompanying the food will be printed menus, easy to follow instructions and information about the ingredients used.
Founders of 10 miles of club Emily Gussin and Sarah Smith: “Living in east London, the search for ingredients can be challenging but this makes it all the more interesting to see what we serve up. Our location also means we occasionally use produce that is prepared rather than grown within that radius. To stop this undermining our core values, we only do this if it is necessary, if the ingredient is from England and was already making that journey. “
The supper club kits will only be available to order until 11pm on Tuesday 3rd November.
Collection will be from 4:30-6:30pm on Saturday 7th November (address will be confirmed upon purchase).
Delivery in Hackney, Islington and Haringey boroughs is also available for £12.
