Prosecco Springs, London’s foremost festival solely dedicated to Prosecco, is returning to East London’s Oval Space from Friday 17th- Sunday 19th May 2019,with more leading producers, more masterclasses, more Italian food and more Prosecco all round.
Experience a slice of Veneto in the heart of East London, with tastings, Italian food, live music and more. Prosecco Springs will be carrying their mission statement, which is to educate the new generation of Prosecco drinkers, with an expanded series of informative masterclasses.

Over the hour-long private-masterclass, experienced bartender will teach you how to make 2/5 different cocktails using Prosecco (naturally) and a delicious selection of Bacardi brands, enough to please every palate, Grey Goose, St. Germain, Martini and Chambord. Learn about the history of the spritz drink and learn how to create the Perfect Serve.
